  • What tools will I need for installation?
    • You will need a power drill, drill bits & a screw driver. That's it!
  • Can I install this by myself?
    • The majority of the installation can be completed by yourself, however when you move the parts into place and begin stacking each section you will need an additional person. Please do not try to lift the parts into place yourself, we don't want you to damage the fireplace or worse, hurt yourself! You will also need help during install of the electric fireplace.
  • How long will it take to get my Fireplace in a Box?
    • All of our fireplaces are custom made in our shop right here in the USA. Once your order is received we sequence your order into fabrication and then send you an email to let you know when you can expect your order. The average order time is between 3 and 4 weeks.
  • What happens if my order shows up damaged?
    • If you unbox your order and you find that a piece of your order was damaged during shipment, please reach out to us and let us know within 24 hours. It is important that you notify us within this timeframe so we can let our shipping partners know. If you identify which part from your order is damaged we will promptly get a replacement piece in the mail for you.
  • What happens if I scratch the paint during assembly and installation?
    • Don't worry, we know things happen! We can send a small paint touch-up kit if needed so you can fix any minor dings or scratches.
